Blueberry Yoga with Mel Campbell

Having lived and breathed Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga during the early years of family life with 3 children, Mel hopes to empower women from preconception through to pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Teaching Yoga & Meditation in South Yarra since 2008, Mel is also a qualified Childbirth Educator having trained with Hypnobirthing Australia. She is a Certified Janet Balaskas Active Birth Workshop – International Teacher and is registered with CAPEA (Childbirth and Parenting Educators of Australia)

This progressive 5 week series is a wonderful opportunity to embrace this exciting stage of life. Classes focus on nurturing the ever changing pregnant body, learning useful tools for labour and getting some much needed relaxation. Suitable from 12 weeks along until your baby arrives.

SATURDAY WORKSHOP Once a month

This One Day workshop is the perfect preparation for couples who want to learn techniques and tools to help during labour and the birth of their babies. Combining Hypnobirthing Tools and Active Birth Techniques, this intensive workshop has everything you need to feel ready.

Learn how to work with your body, your breath and your baby.

MONDAY’sΒ

A fun class which runs as a 5 weeks series, where Mums attend with their babies and enjoy the many benefits yoga has to offer as a duo. Anything can happen in this class so come prepared to stretch, maybe relax and enjoy the fun with other Mums. Two classes are on offer depending on age.
